Introspective Patterns of Intentional Practice is an exploration of the intersection of Ritualistic Intentional Practice and Technology. By using creative coding to capture my own ritualistic practices and present them in a public sphere for the speculation of the public, I’m challenging the intention and meaning of ritual. Traditionally used as a private practice, I’m trying to explore the sanctity of magic in its display in the public eye. Does ritual lose its power if it is subject to speculation by outside parties?
Presented here are two separate rituals performed and captured on the New Moon and the Full Moon.
